Imen Ameur is a global expert in technology governance, innovation, and policy with over 17 years of cross-sector experience. She is a Professor of Practice at Hult International Business School and has advised governments, international organizations, and mission-driven institutions on AI policy, digital transformation, and ethical innovation. She also serves as a Senior Executive Fellow at The Digital Economist and Vice President of Innovation at Cluster Digital Africa, where she leads initiatives advancing inclusive development, institutional resilience, and responsible AI adoption.
